1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SEO Blog Auto Pro ("the Plugin") or the autoblogix.com website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin or Site.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, AutoBlogix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress websites specified by your plan:

  • Free: Unlimited websites, template mode only.
  • Solo ($39): 1 WordPress domain, all AI features.
  • Agency ($99): Up to 5 WordPress domains, all AI features.

Licenses are domain-locked. You may transfer a license to a new domain by contacting support.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
  • Remove or alter copyright notices or license code
  • Use the Plugin to generate illegal, defamatory, or spam content
  • Share your license key publicly or with other users
  • Use the Plugin on more domains than your license allows

4. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing and publishing all AI-generated content. AutoBlogix does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or SEO performance of AI-generated articles. By publishing content, you accept full responsibility for its compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Third-Party AI Services

The Plugin connects to third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) using your API key. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. AutoBlogix is not responsible for API availability, pricing changes, or content policies of third-party providers.

6. Updates and Availability

Paid licenses include lifetime updates delivered via the WordPress update system. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoBlogix does not warrant that the Plugin will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. Use the Plugin at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoBlogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or SEO rankings. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoBlogix operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before any court action.
