1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is within 30 days of your original purchase date
- You purchased a paid plan (Solo or Agency)
The Free plan has no purchase cost and is therefore not eligible for monetary refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@autoblogix.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
3. What Happens After a Refund
After a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue using the Free (template) mode, which has no cost and no expiration.
All posts and content already published on your WordPress site remain on your server — they are not deleted when the license is deactivated.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
- Issues caused by third-party API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — these are outside our control
- Violation of our Terms of Use
